The company was incorporated on 5 February 2025 and has been dormant throughout the period from incorporation to 28 February 2026. It did not trade, received no income, incurred no expenditure and carried out no activities during the period. Consequently, there has been no impact on the community to report. The directors intend the company to begin activities in line with its community purpose: providing accessible eLearning that opens up IT, STEM and technical career pathways, including for the Armed Forces community and veterans.
